Rougarou, lives in Southern Louisiana.
Pic related doesn't really look like the real thing but Google images didn't have anything better. Irl it has less hair and pointier ears, looks a bit less like a werewolf, bigger mouth, and the biggest difference from pic related is its chest. I don't know why this artist drew it as an Auschwitz survivor but in reality its chest is hairy and very big/muscular.
