I'm not sure it can be 'learned'. Next time you see a senpai, touch them in the first place you may(or may not) 'think' of. Feel the energy flow through to them. Maybe they had a problem and you fixed it.

You need a master to learn reiki
We have an old retired army officer living near us, he knows reiki and teaches to family and friends (not commercially tho), my mom learned reiki from him. It took like 1 month for her to learn reiki, not too long. Once my sister was really sick from cold and fever that didn't seem to go away even after heavy doses of medicine, my mother then performed reiki on her and the fever went away just the next day.
