Mull over that what you would like to be better at by precise self-analysis and try to discover underlying laws (rules that define why the efficiency of your memory isn't different, than it is; i mean exactly that) by knowledge from your personal experience (aka gnosis).
Remember, different things work for different people (idk f.e. special food or physical or mental exercises).
Do not just belive, what some anon writes, try it for yourself.
Think about all things, that you associate with good memory itself (as a mental process), practice alot and do not fear a failure, it will only make you stronger.
Also sky is the limit.
Oh, when we are talking about world of mental processes, try to look more inside yourself than outside (It's obvious).
