Nigger I live in that city and I can guarantee you its sketchy as fuck. Like 15 years ago the building was abandoned because the surrounding area is dodgy as fuck (Google it - Hillbrow, Johannesburg). So hobos and illegals moved in and the place turned to shit real fast; building is half falling down and its also home to thugs. TLDR; Shit be real in that place
