Ok so I found an app that claims it can decrypts it.
You can either buy the paid version (which costs 15$) or you can use the free app in which decrypting the file costs 1$.
Unfortunatly my phone isn't rooted so if anyone here who has root can use lucky patcher or freedom it'd be great.
I tried finding the apk of the paid online but couldn't find it.
