What happens do Lucifer after Revelations? Does God kill him or does he ascend back into heaven?

Assuming that lucifer and satan are one and the same, which I do (though there's a lot of uncertainty on this) then no he will not ascend into heaven, he will be ultimately be cast into the lake of fire

Well. In the book of revelations, the apostle john says he witnessed, fellow jews, making jesus fetishes out of menorahs. They would dress the middle menorah as jesus christ and light it with the 7 knowledges. And the others would represent the other 6 churches. He basically warns to be faithful and not to worry about the condemnations they spew. The light they radiate would be taken from them. Just as they have tried to leave...in the darkness.

No, Lucifer is imprisoned in a cage in Hell until the 66 seals are broken. Then he gets put back in the cage by the rings of the four horsemen along with Sam and Michael (another archangel).
He's recently made a comeback, though. Sam went to hell with Crowley and the witch Rowina to raise the cage up and talk to Lucifer about how to stop the darkness, which Rowina unknowingly released by removing the Mark of Cain from Dean's arm with a spell from the book of the damned.
