Is there a concept in buddhism or other religion that means the same as unrustlement? I find it particularly useful, but the word is a meme. I'm looking for the actual word for it.
I can think of "understanding" but it's not quite the same. What is the "rustle"?
Same with "enlightenment". It must be a word with "un-" at the beggining and something else.
Maybe "unattachment" ?
absence of thought
transcendance
death of ego
presence
felt moment of direct experience
the now
freeing the mind
