Hey /x/, I've got a bunch of free time, money, a car, a concealed handgun permit that is recognized is most US states, and I'm bored.
I think it would be fun to drive out to some spooky, specifically abandoned places. Does anyone have any ideas of where I could go?
Is anyone batshit insane enough to go with me?

Go to the Winchester house
It has stairs leading nowhere and doors leading to walls.

Bit too far of a trek. Currently considering Thurmond, WV or Elkmont, TN. Ghost towns. I'm in the midwest, so hopefully something that won't be more than a 12 hour trip from my locale.

I'm from NC and have nothing but time on my hands. How bat-shit ew talkin' and where are you based?

ah, just saw midwest.
was hoping this was a right coast thing
There are dozens of abandoned copper and silver mining towns deep in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
I've been to a few. Pretty eerie. Lot's of forgotten grave yards, too. The Paulding Light is interesting. Melonheads supposedly roam near Hancock.

That house looks retarded.

Ever checkout Rogue's Hollow?

I did consider going at one point, but last I heard there was only one building left standing, and not much else to see. Still it might make a fun night trip. Everything is scary at night.

AL is pretty scary. Many stories about dogmans are from there and some people said that they have seen some of dogmans but who am i to judge, never been there.
