It's really not that spooky or of any concern. It's clearly some students trying too be edgy and make a creepy video. And the spectrogram stuff really isn't that significant either, it literally means nothing and is most likely them trying to add to the general spoopiness of the video. An example is that the musician Venetian Snares hid pictures of his cats in the spectrogram of one of his songs. It means fuck all
