Anon-- i felt the need to reach out because a very similar thing happened to me once. I saw this guy with brown hair and brown eyes and he was beautiful and we were together in my dream and after the first dream, he started showing up and i saw him a total of like maybe, 5 times.
so the last time i saw this dream guy was in a dream i had where i was in this PERFECT world, looked kind of like a "fake" paradise..everything was man made i think, it wasn't like natural or anything. Anyways, we were hanging out me and him when all of a sudden over the loudspeakers this person was like, "oh, its testing time everyone get in your booths" and made us take a test asking us 3 of the most random questions ever (i can't recall what they asked me but i remember thinking how random they were) and i failed. I looked over to the other booth at my "soul mate" guy and he had gotten them right. He just shrugged at me and disappeared and i've never seen him in my dreams since.
basically, they said the test was to determine whether or not you were qualified to stay in that "perfect world".
but truth be told, this was during my drug phase when i was taking like xanax bars every other night, being 20 years old and reckless. i used to get sleep paralysis a lot and lucid dream and i always felt like using drugs caused that. idk. just wanted to share since im stoned as shit right now.

That's an excellent share anon. I've been posting in this thread but, your post reminded me of a series of dreams I had as a kid too. I've thought about how real the emotions and connections were with this girl I had in this dream, and before I said series of dreams, but it might have just been one epic dream. I was a small kid, 6? It was in a totally different town than I lived in and like no town I'd seen before. Generic, small town stuff but totally from my imagination. I lived on her block, and the dream progressed like an episodic TV drama. All the story was told in scenes where her and I were doing things together, the rest of our lives were off screen. It was a typical story. I fell for a girl, perhaps my first love, and she moved away. I was confused and upset when I woke up because it was so real yet I knew it was all in my dreams. But, it was so real. It's left an element of wonder within me that I hold on to even now.
