Alright, so, today i did my first session of 1 hour, to create a Tulpa. But i had some of problems, because i couldn't imagine cleary the form of my tulpa. I had difficulties in concentrating as well, i started daydreaming with closed eyes about random stuff for a bunch of times and i was wondering what can i do to concentrate more and if you guys can give me some tips. Try pushing a separate consciousness onto the entity. If this is too difficult try making simple animals first.

Get better at regular meditation. Tulpa making is advanced level meditation. If you can't stop yourself from getting distracted you're never going to make a tulpa.

yeah but nothing like metal/rock or else it will make it hard to communicate with it at least with beginners and your tulpa might dislike it also and just not talk to you listen to some Classical music as in Piano you know some very easy going music
