The most important thing to learn it's that you don't have full access to your own memories. Or, otherwise said, you have memories that you are simply not allowing your conscious mind to focus on. If you do access them you will be able to interact with beings who have been a part of your life since your early years.
Yes. I personally have done this and for several years i consciously interacted with them. They made much effort at showing me that they are both physically real and using technology that make them so much more than simply physically real. Consider our technology in the form of televisions radios telephones cameras computers. Try to consider how much more developed and integrated they are with their technologies.. For most of their interactions there is no point trying to cause us to be consciously aware of them. For humans the realization that these beings are real and already closely interacting with us is a very traumatic awakening.
