So I'm not sure how to explain what just happened to me,

So I'm not sure how to explain what just happened to me, but one of you might be able to. Long story short I only had one brown towel in my house. Took a shower and used it. Put it down. Came back to it and it was gone. Go into my bathroom and it's there. But then I go back to my room and I look at spot where I put it and it was there. So now I have two brown towels. Help? Is this good or bad?
