Frankie Teardrop is GOAT when it comes to horrifying songs.
Not creepy in the same way as say, Boards of Canada or some of the other artists already listed, but it's one of my favorite albums and has some pretty creepy sound editing and lyrics. They also love dissonance, so there's lots of off key piano and strings throughout.
im not sure it counts as music but i once heard "i have a special plan for this world" and i loved it so much for some unknown reason and i dont use the word love lightly

this might sound odd, but i found this really intense under certain circumstances:
At first i would have described the soundtrack as merely enjoyable.
But some times when i stopped playing casually and aimed for some of the harder in-game-goals,
i turned the music moderatly loud and after focusing and focusing on not fucking up.
The game doesn't move by itself, so the only potential mistakes come from you.
those can set your progress quite back,
end the game
and of course create a very interesting kind of tension in your body.
The latter i only found out after i was already sucked in for a while and
i started smirking at the irony of feeling an uneasiness compareable to
a survival-horror-game.
Tl;dr
I don't know if this gets creepy without the game which you all by the way lost.

All I remember is it was on youtube, and part of the album image was a merry-go-round (Not the ones with horses, those fucking tiny ones at a childrens playground.) and a distorted/demonic figure standing near it. I remember no details regarding the name of song nor artist.
