Does anybody know anything about what happened in Tervuren in 2003?
One of the Polish old politics metioned it saying:

The only reference to Tervuren in 2003 I can find on Google is a Wikipedia entry talking about a EU meeting of some description? Is that what we're talking about?

The EU just wants more power so it can retain and acquire members. It can't offer anything more to anyone except what the U.S. already offers so of course they would love to make NATO redundant in hopes of a revised treaty. A treaty that results in the EU having as much leverage as possible over non-members or excludes them altogether.
