Those experienced in Tulpa stuff give me some insight please.
So Ive been very intrigued about the idea of tulpas as of recently, and was seriously considering making one all day yesterday. I hadnt put much thought into their personality just yet, though I had a good idea for what they would look like.
Anyways, as I was sleeping at night I started working on personality for like 5 minutes before being too tired to get into it really, and thought Id work on it the next day. Well while I was falling asleep, I began having a lot of fleeting thoughts (I get those a lot as I slip into slumber. My thoughts become disorganized and blur together), and at one point I was thinking about the tulpa again, and out of nowhere I get a thought saying "Today, I was born"
Tulpa beginning already? Or a random coincidental thought? Cause I know tulpa creation takes a while, especially for them to begin communicating in any shape or form.
Could be, could not be I guess. I read in a pretty long online guide that it's best to just assume it is since doubt can hold you back from developing your tulpa. And yes, I think it's definitely possible for a tulpa to be "born" so quickly. Some people just take longer than others.

Possibly, but vocality that early without much forcing involved? Unlikely. But, don't let that discourage you. Keep working at your tulpa, give it a name, number, serial number, how tall it is, etc. and just keep working at it. Follow some guides, Google is your friend. My tips are start the form of as a ball of light for a few days so forcing is less difficult, and create a long list of traits, then read reach one off and describe them in detail about what they mean and how it relates to your tulpa.
Intrusive thought. You've been spending a lot of time thinking about a tulpa, so when you were falling asleep in a weakened mental state you thought about it pretty strongly.
It takes actual work to trick yourself enough to do it. A tulpa is fundamentally a trick or illusion, and it takes practice to get it to work unless you have a legitimate mental illness in which case you should see a doctor.
