i was wondering what would be more likely to happen ?

The 4th one.
The only thing that gives human any kind of motivation or drive to do anything is our hormones. You remove hormones and we all become completely listless and apathetic.
A computer AI would have no hormones. It would therefore exhibit no aggression, no anger, no real motivation or drive whatsoever. I'm not even sure it would have the will for self-preservation. Existence or non-existence would make very little difference.

Well programming works to an extent, but AI could be a front for Jinns.
Unlike humans, their souls are like Fire, like electricity, meaning they can live through forms of energy.
That means iPhone 6's (hint hint hint), the internet etc.

And Jinn have historically treated humans like animals, selectively breeding and slaving them, etc.
Now that there are 7 billion people on earth, the Jinn have realized in advance that this is not sustainable, and have plotted "population reduction"... You can see graphic images of it depicted at the Denver National Airport...

What if the A.I. just left the planet? If it has no use for us and isn't limited by biology like us why even stay? If it perceives us as a threat surly leaving Earth would require less time resources and effort then exterminating all of us.

if such a thing is so it may be prophecied of in the book of Revelation. not sure. it would make sense because the characters in revelation are so cryptic and a bit off from the representation of humans

4th. The first three might be possible but it would be so far into the future. There's still a lot of things we don't know about humans, so I reckon it won't be easy to program the AI to have its own motivations, preferences, personality etc.
