How is someone within a box able to see outside of the box?
How can a 4 dimension exist in a 3 dimension, let alone 12 in 3?

You can't prove this. None of this matters if it can't be proven. I'm not saying this isn't true but it could very well be not-true.

Even what I just said -- about lower dimensions being unable to perceive higher dimensions -- is just an entire personal belief of how dimensions work itself. My answer doesn't matter to you. No one's answer matters to you.
