You can ask a question like this but don't expect an answer. No one of this dimension that interacts with you can give you an answer to anything regarding a higher dimension.
Even what I just said -- about lower dimensions being unable to perceive higher dimensions -- is just an entire personal belief of how dimensions work itself. My answer doesn't matter to you. No one's answer matters to you.
