I've been doing third eye meditations and practices for a while, without knowing what it really does. I noticed after a couple of months my forehead constantly tingles all day, and I feel as if I'm surrounded by spirits. I feel no emotion all day, then all of the sudden a burst of energy hits me. I need help knowing how to control/cope with this third eye chakra experience.

This could generally be fixed by grounding out your energy from the problem chakra and focusing on the lower chakras to balance out the energy output of your body in total. To balance, stand straight but relaxed, or sitting, with your eyes closed and visualize all of the energy in your body rushing like a waterfall into the center of the earth. You should do this after you're done with your meditations. I would focus on the sacral chakra to help balance out your 6th, as they are the male/female opposites.

Thanks, I'll try that out. I have been doing this for a while. But I don't know much about it. (I know, that's where I went wrong. Should've done more research)
