Guns are necessary for where we go. We sometimes find strange people like the first time we went to the base "bunkers". We went down there into the deep tunnels and found a crazy guy who seemed to be naked and he was making strange sounds. He tried to rush us but it didn't end well for him. Fortunatelely we rushed him and shot few times to scare him. And on occasions when the tunnel is very long and its impossible to see I shoot at the end of the tunnel just in case. You never know if there is some crazy guy in there.
And yes we also carry medical supplies once I got my hand injured and my comrade had to bandage it and apply medical water and some shit to not get infected. By the way, in OPs friend. The one from the photos.

most of the time is very easy to get in, other times you have to crash a glass.
the fact that they are so deep in nature is very cool because you don't risk shit, guardians only come in the evening.

camo and/or dark clothing if going at night, make sure the clothing is light yet resistant; boots, gloves, backpack, etc.
medical supplies, food/water (a few hour trip could turn into a few days if something happens)
a weapon (knife is must, gun is extra if you have one and are not afraid to get caught with it if it's illegal where you live)
know where you are going and how to get back/out (a map would be very useful), if planning more than one trip, make sure to mark on the map certain landmarks you notice for future reference
helps to take friends too, or at least have a backup way of communication or letting somebody know where you are going in case you get injured or something else
if you find something and your first instinct is to leave it alone, then leave it alone because it's probably something bad, lol
learn a bit about the surrounding area if you want to play it safe (laws, police, military, wildlife, people, types of plants, etc.)
it really all depends on where you are planning on going, etc. plan according to locale (dont go full tac gear if inside a city; dont go few supplies if in the middle of nowhere)
and i guess make sure you can physically handle yourself, not just fighting but running away too. make sure the people you take with you can do the same
oh, take spray paint or some other marker to mark certain places if the surroundings are easily confusing or you can get lost. use a symbol that is unique to you and you will recognize
honestly, there's a lot of things to think about, but if you the best advice is to not be stupid and don't act like a fool or a badass if there is a real risk for loss of life

ophere, we carry medical supplies, sometimes food and always water and cigarretes hahha, we carry a knife each one btw and a flashlight, im the only one who carry a mask gas in case of entering in some place with very very bad air condition, im suposed to be the only one to enter in the room or whatever

op here, thats right, very good, you cant carry a ultraviolet flashlight cos in some places, like in the "bunkers", there in the wall of the tunnels was writed with invisible ink some intications and coordinates to find some stuff people has hidden there in the zone, i dont know why people do this but once a time we went to bunkers to investigate cos a friend i had went there 1 week before we went to investigate and said me he found a german guy into the tunnels with an ultraviolet light and in the walls there were arrows and they found a little box hidden there with a coordinates, my friend said me that guys then typed the coord. in they pda or gps or whatever and he left to the surface to the forest around, and that history make us to go there to investigate, when we arrived at the "bunkers", all the entries( maybe 6 entries ) were closed with bricks and we was like wtf? then i know some "secret" entries in the clifts and we down into the tunnels trying to searching that coordinades with a app in the mobile with ultraviolet but was a shit, we needed a real ultraviolet flashlight, in the next "mission" we make we will go there again with an ultraviolet and a gps to find out that coord. and i will post here all the footage we take, will be interesting hahah
