About 75% as far as i can tell.
The reason we all have this humanoid shape with 2 arms, 2 legs and 1 head is because its the optimal design according to the creator/god/infinite intelligence in this part of the galaxy. Evolution is real but given enough time any species would evolve in to this shape. This is the main reason why reptilians, avians, greys, nordics etc all look pretty much the same.
Yes, humans where seeded by one or several other planets but we would have ended up like this sooner or later anyway.

There are a few versions of the story and depending on your point of view some of the details change.
