When I close my eyes I can see all these colours, like spirits. . . Are the spirits trying to contact me? Has this ever happen to you guys? Are they trying to get hold of me? The visions are intensified when I push my eyes in, does this mean my pineal gland is calcified?

Op here, honestly they are more than colours, I am experiencing empathy with them. So many of them, so many different feelings. I feel lucky they have chosen me as their conduit , but its too much, I cannot focus on any of it. What is this?
