The OP post isn't what you claim it is and even if it were, posting one document doesn't prove that reports collected pre-1995 are false. I bet you know that though.
Lets see, one common argument that gets raised against the probability of some UFO's being piloted by other intelligence's: Is the assumption that they would have to travel from great distances. However, that is not the whole picture of our surroundings and life in the Solar-system. On every planet but the Gas-giant's -There are stations and craft in orbit around them- there are installations, buildings, complexes and citadels. Consistently revealed by careful scrutiny and enhancement and visible to the naked-eye in both the images of amateur astronomers and Space-exploration agencies such as NASA.
Not only does our being part of this civilization fit what is written in antiquity about Earthly interaction with those coming from and leaving for the Celestiosphere: It explains how much sense it makes for these sightings and encounters to have continued into the modern day. You can actually confirm it for yourself easily, especially with all the technology and ability to share information at your disposal. Look for yourself and use it.

this video is the one more than any other that makes my heart feel funny. It makes me feel like I'm seeing the real thing all over again. I actually saw crafts instead of just lights, but the way the lights are arranged and how real it looks.... idk. It's just so similar

Anyone can observe the same craft and related objects interacting with the Sun and on the Moon. This is part of the reason why our ancestors observed the surrounding cosmos as part of their lives.
