It describes a succubus creation theory, social order, and their opinion of man. It is based on Judeo myth, and tells of an angel instructed to serve Adam as his lover, but was rejected and lives in secrecy on planet Earth. The author also tells his own story of how he met a succubus summoning practitioner, learned the system, and summoned for himself. This ritual makes the succubus out to be an astral entity that appears primarily in lucid dreams and astral projection. This can be somewhat difficult to some people who are new to meditation, trance, and dream yoga, but it is still rather accessible. It requires no materials.
I give this method a letter grade of B.
It is way easier to swallow than Lesaile's but it doesn't describe much of the benefits other than good dreams.

Ok to find yourself a succubus the easy way do the following:
