Deja vu is perfectly natural. Some people have it more than others, and after all, we encounter the same situations pretty often in this modern routine.
I get it up to five times a day and I've never once thought it was paranormal. It just is human.
Whenever I notice it coming on, I'll try to fuck with it by flailing around and doing weird shit. Never works. I FLAILED AROUND JUST LIKE THIS BEFORE.

You know that theory that our world is a simulation? Deja vu is a glitch in that simulation. The ones who monitor us won't patch the glitch though, as we already know about it and have given it a name. If it suddenly vanishes, we'd know somethings up.

Sometimes I get deja vu but I swear that I've experienced the same memory in a dream. Is that just deja vu fucking with me or could it be something else?

Oh not even when you've done LSD too many times, and too many times in a short period, it doesn't give you any god damn flashbacks.
If anything, you can basically anchor a song and get the feeling back when listening to it, but it's not even close to a flashback.
