No. It's a real game, but it was made by that guy who does the vids of obscure creepy games. The whole story he attached to it about finding it on the Deep Web and the miscellaneous Satan-related stuff, he made that up to make it seem creepier. You can download and play it, and it's just a fairly standard run of the mill "creepy" indie game with 2spooky sound and visuals.
