Listen to Alan Watts lectures on YouTube. Some nice music, like Wagner or Chet Baker or Com Truise. Meditate to Tibetan singing bowl sounds or some pure gamme binaurial beats.

You're eating 7 grams and want to watch a movie? What the hell man.
Bring a blanket, some warm clothes, a couple oranges, a thermos of hot tea, some ambient music and go to the woods. Meditate through that shit. That movie will keep you in a baseline trip. What a waste it'd be.
