Besides I see that the kabala seems to be base on chacras, how to use? They say vibrate , but how you do that , I am confuse , I am a good meditator but still dont see how all of this fit's

I've used kapalabhati mainly for the Solar, 6th and Crown Chakras. It's pretty effective for clearing up blockages.
I don't see why it shouldn't work for the other chakras though..

Your definition of meditate is a bit new age. The goal of meditation is to not try to do anything. If thoughts arrive let them come and then let them go. Not dwelling on them, not being critical of them nor even concerned with them. Just observing them. You are detaching yourself and watching your subconscious bubble to the surface and in dissipate. At some point in time when all the bubbles have popped, your mind will become clear. That is the moment you are waiting for yet you are not actively trying to get there.
