enlightenment is not achieving some place, constructing something or training your mind. It is simply the moment of relizing you already had it all along. Every living being has innate buddha nature called rigpa. it is always there, and is the basis for all experience. This samsaric mind is simply a produc of a short obscuration on your natural luminocity caused by ignorance.
enlightened mind is always there, enlightenment is the moment of realizing that.
you can have ground breaking ah ha moments. But you still have to go to work on Monday. Life always crawls back in. You can be totally enlightened but the wheel is always there.
