Srsly, start with meditation.
10 mins a day (or more if you're dedicated) Until you can enter a state of trance.
In this state (gnosis) you can work your way up until you become a modern day wizard. Fun, right?
Like everything else at life, you need to spend time on it to get good so start looking into yourself and then foreward.
Until you don't get this simple step down, I suggest staying away from occult stuff for now, unless you want to read for shits and giggles.
