Well, there's a short and long answer for that. The short answer would be yes, you can sell your soul, but usually, the price you ask for will come with highly significant downsides. Mainly the fact that you won't find anyone who you can relate to or whatever else.

You forgot 2 questions. Does the devil exist and do souls exist. So,you can sell your soul to anyone willing to buy it. No,it's not real, but people buy imaginary things all the time. Your soul is your consciousness. I assume that heaven is accomplished by copy/pasting your consciousness into the Matrix/Heaven. I assume that Satan/Hades/Lucifur/etc would not actually find purpose with your soul/consciousness, but with your soulless body.
