I've thought of this quite often, however, I came to the realization that 4 dimensional beings wouldn't bother with humans because they can travel using the 4th dimension (Time). Meaning that they could just choose the time that is most beneficial for them to live in, which is most definitely not the time the world is in right now. At least for this planet.
