So i have been just added by a Steam account called "Shepard".
He's been offline for 3332 days, and his comment section is filled with people complaining about it being spoopy.
He owns all Half Life 1s and has a 9 year badge.
Any en/g/ineers here that could explain how a offline account could add me ?
He has no alias, no description, no profile pic. His achievement stats and inventory gives me an error.

exit steam and only ever access account from web browser

He found some glitch to modify his steam profile without logging in. If he hadn't changed his steam ID in 9 years it would be his name Shepherd, not a big number.
