Coming back from the Georgia Guidestones, will post pics when I get back home.
Any questions?
r u illuminati satan?

Shit, I was about to bring a tinfoil hat but forgot.
Looks like they were pressure washed recently.

Enjoy.
>>16829021
some paranoid faggots spray painted all over them a few years ago. might have happened again.
Would be cool to have an /x/ meet-up there, usually there's 2 or 3 families visiting, and this is in the middle of nowhere, or at least a really rural county.
Will also post a Cherokee monument I came across, the Guidestones are literally a 10 minute ride from the exact place the Cherokee thought was the center of the universe. I wonder if that caused RC Christian to build there?
>>16829003
If any of you American /x/enophiles believed any of this, you'd come up with some excellent pranks to do the guidestones. And do them.
>>16829114
I don't, though. I went there because it was close to another thing I wanted to see and on the way to a state park. There was an InfoWars bumper sticker tho, lel
Back, posting some pictures from around the area. Elberton is the granite capital of the world, so there's a lot of really nice cemeteries and monuments along the roads and stuff, also one of the reasons it was chosen for the Guidestones.
Here's the road leading to them, Guidestone Road. Really in the middle of nowhere.

go on...
>>16829328
>to be opened on
>?
Bigger than I thought they would be
OP, is that weird little cube in the top of of one of the upright stones and under the cap-stone still there, and what letters/ numbers were showing on it?
>>16829354
Wow they're massive
>>16829358
I think someone removed it. Probably it was just one of the founders of the Guidestones Group who had died, maybe other members wanted to memorialize him?
Or it could be spoopy Kaaba chakra bullshit idk
>>16829366
Kek, they were a little bigger looking in person.
>>16829358
That got knocked out and smashed shortly after it appeared. Supposedly the guy in the video was hired by the Guidestone's creator as a groundskeeper, and the cube was put in by someone else as a prank.

>>16829397
Interesting. I'd heard that the block was just someone's wedding date and their initials. Has that little cut out always been in the top of the upright stone prior the 666 cube being installed by "pranksters"?
>>16829411
Pretty sure that it was put there recently, the biggest mystery was how they cut into it so well but I wouldn't be surprised if they just knew, Elberton's main economy is granite because it's pretty high quality. Plus the monument probably doesn't have anything explicitly Satanic associated with it like 666, I'm sure they tried to avoid that, plus it was created as a monument to conservation and logic in the middle of the Cold War.
I wonder if they installed the cameras before or after the cube?
>>16829441
Here is a closeup pic of one of the upright guidestones circa 1980.
You can clearly see there was a score line or a smaller form fitting block already in place before the 666 cube appeared in 2014.
That's what made me think the 666 cube was supposed to be there, but after seeing that old dude chisel it to pieces I guess not.
Then what was the purpose of the original little, form fitting block at the top of the upright?
I demand answers.

these guys got it right
Augusta, reporting in. Anyone want to do a southeast /x/ meet up there this month?
>>16829507
OP Fayette County here, I'd be down for this, you should make a thread for it. I know a pretty big conspiracy theorist, he'd love to come and I'd be willing to drive the 2 and a half hours out there.
If you're out there and take an interest in spirituality (I assume most of you are but I'm new here), check out the Cherokee assembly ground while you're at it. It's the exact point that the Cherokee thought was the center of the world.
Elberton is a pretty beautiful place, too, just to go to the little shops and talk around a bit.
>>16829472
The cube turned out to be a massive dud.
>>16829385
Is that your girlfriend?
>>16829089
>Guidestones are literally a 10 minute ride from the exact place the Cherokee thought was the center of the universe.
that is interesting. where can i find sauce on that?
>>16830137
I could find the exact coordinates somewhere, I just plugged them into my phone and got there
http://www.roadsideamerica.com/story/12081
The weird part is, it's basically on an empty field (except an industrial building is right in front of it now). Usually they would have their sacred sites at mounds or mountains, I wonder what must've happened here to make them love the spot so much.
>>16830153
interesting. i had been to the guidestones a few times (sc resident but moving back to ga soon) but i might visit again and check up that site since 1/8 of my ancestors thought it was such a big deal.
and honestly, the stones are spoopy enough to warrant a visit all by themselves.
"Guide humanity wisely"
"How? What does that even mean?"
"Hurr I don't know."

nwo memes
If I ever make a ton of money, I'm going to build a poor monument in the middle of nowhere with a load of random shit on it, so people will go crazy over it.
>>16830272
It's actually weird that there's nobody out there in a van selling shirts and postcards.
>>16830295
not really, the only conspiracy out there is (hopefully) a plot to sell more elberton granite (and marble)
>>16829344
Could anyone have dug up the time capsule? It has no dates
>>16830417
it sounds more like they never got around to doing the time capsule, and getting a date put on, so they just left it blank
>>16830321
I mean people could really cash in on it. It's a pretty small community, just surprised they don't publicize it. Pretty much everyone agrees it's a really weird and mysterious monument.
>>16830417
Considering the monument still has a caretaker and is centered around repopulating after an apocalypse, I think they may have put a cache there for when the time comes. Why would you put a huge granite slab over an empty hole and engrave it with "Right below this spot lies a capsule." You'd bury it first.
>you will never ride up to northeast GA with your /x/ friends and find a fallout bunker in a small rural community far enough away from major population centers but still close to the railroad
It's the perfect place for one
>>16830508
Pretty scary shit. I was just reading Dan browns Inferno that talks about this stuff.
>>16830525
What does it say? Worth getting a copy, can you post scans of the Guidestones pages?
>>16829003
Please don't bully the stones
I'm in Athens I'm down for a meetup
>>16829489
More of a request than a plan. I don't see why everyone's so flipped out about it like the creators are gonna kill billions.

>I think someone removed it.
There's a video of them removing it somewhere, they took it out and smashed it up an gave it to bystanders as a souvenir.
In all honesty, what are the true purpose of these stones?
Life after an apocalypse?
They would be destroyed in the process of it.
>>16829344
That pic loads slower that a 90's modem...
kill em all pls... too many are too much trouble and they just run around doing nothing but annoying those that rly wanna do something.
Pls, fking kill'em all.
NWO or no, doesn't matter, I just want 90% less people, makes life easier and simpler.
You guys understand that it was just a big money laundering scheme right?
>>16831565
for you
>>16831521
smdh edgy af but i feel ya fam tbfh
ayyyyy this was on the street post
>>16831521
You realize that they want to repopulate with their own inbred seed. Sorry but it looks like your not invited.
Anyone know what this means? The initials CGR were carved like this on different places of the monument.
>>16831565
Yeah, I read something to that effect: some local businessman who was involved in coke using a mason (chisel, not apron) to launder his cash.
Far as I can see that's no evidence for it but it's a cool theory.
>>16833044
its the guy who carved the shits initials
you know the artist putting his name on his work
