Yeah weird OP. Looking at how it moves, the weird string on the back of its head etc.... not like anything I have ever seen before. Not to mention why would you remain on hands and feet when a car is coming at you? Suicide? Drunk? The whole thing is creepy.

Clearly that's a tail. I mean how much more likely is it, that A) A man gets hit by a car. Shoe gets thrown off as the body gets twisted under the car; or B) It's a multi-dimensional alien demon hybrid with a tail. Clearly B. I know we can see the shoe but it has to a demon. It's a little tornado of dirt. Caused by the car slamming on it brakes and the dirt on the road. At the end of the video you can see the other dirt and smoke rolling under the hood.
Just checked the vid and would say it isn't a shoe. It's not that fast like a shoe would fly from that kind of crash. Also its way too delayed.
For me it's an animal crossing the street.
