I managed to obtain two bigass boxes of files all relating to /x/, the person who gave them to me said they got them from two homeless(?) guys who were giving them away for free along with a few more boxes of books on psychic powers and conspiracy theories. pseudo-science books are always neat. I find it interesting to read about new ideas/theories even if they aren't very believable. Whoever wrote that was educated but seems to have neglected many significant scientific discoveries that have happened recently, or that book might have been written a while ago. It looks like it was written up on a typewriter instead of a computer, so that may mean its a couple decades old, or that whoever wrote it did not own a computer and printer or did not want to get it printed at a Staples of something.

Unfortunately, the files in the unseen kingdoms section seem to be missing.
Pic related talks about hyperspace and fourth dimensional objects (hyperobjects). The math in it goes over my head a bit, but maybe one of my mathier friends can sort some of it out.
The glimpses of the unseen world book talks mainly about the structure of atoms and how things like magnetic, electrostatic, and gravitational forces relate to the ether-vortex concept.

Rather than scanning everything, you could start by listing its contents. If it's all "existing", printed stuff, we might just be able to assemble its contents from various sources pretty fast and pinpoint precisely what would be interesting to scan.
I guess listing all printed works could be done quite fast, though considering the size of those boxes, it might just take you 2 hours. Time really flies when you're sorting through papers, believe me, I've worked in libraries before.
