Requesting some tips on building up and organizing an images folder based around a specific topic, such as Anime & Manga, Sexy Ladies, Video Games, etc.

Well, this is how I organize my reaction folder, anon.
Capitalise the folders.
You can categorise on genre, alphabet, style, anime studio, etc. This is my folder which I haven't organised because I don't care.

You change the folder icon, no programs needed.
This is how I do it. Then I break down each folder into its smaller parts as needed. For example Faces and Reactions has a whole folder for Anime faces, pepes, etc. Funny Pictures has one for each board and one for green texts.
Do what ever is most intuitive to you. When you have more pictures than you can scroll down you need to make folders (unless its wallpapers for me)

Right click on folder > properties > customise > change icon.
You need to use an ico file. Here is a converter site https://www.icoconverter.com/ Use pictures sized 128x128 or 256x256 (or any other same ratio).
To get the pictures themselves I type into google images "_____ folder icon". There's also loads on websites like deviantart, and you can most likely download them as ico files there.
