it could be some variant of the defunct zune music player now apparently absorbed into the groove music service but i can't really be sure because there seem to be ten thousand versions across like every platform every conceived of by man and none of them a formatted quite like that one. i give up now, i'm never getting those 15 minutes back

I have a feeling that it's not actually the Zune player, but a foobar theme that looks like it.

The fact that it lists the bitrate, and "Disc 1 of 1" and the scroll bar makes me feel that way.

I think I found it. It looks very very similar to Zetro. (google foobar Zetro and you'll find it)

There are small differences, but I think it's probably the right skin.
