I tried to use a reverse search engine but nothing came up, so I'm stuck with this quality.

Op, The image is too low res. What you're asking us to do is like to uncook bread. It's simply impossible.
Try to retake the picture, make sure the image is completely focused, make sure you're not moving, or better yet, get a DSLR Camera so you're not a complete amateur.
There's nothing we can do to unfuck this, Sorry.
Sorry OP there's no magic software that can fix shitty photos. CSI lied to you. In the future take less shitty pictures.
