Hey anons, I want to have a "floating preview on hover" like the site has, but on Windows.
I saw an anon that had this but I didn't get to ask him what program he used to do it.

I'm talking about having a program or something that works the same way Image Hover does, but on Windows Explorer.
The anon I'm talking about uploaded a webm where he hovered over image files he had, and a little floating preview box popped up showing the image.
