Tooth Ache

The tip of my tooth really hurts.
I was eating and I bit down really hard, so my lower tooth hit one of my central top teeth. It doesn't look damaged or broken, but I have pretty bad nerve pain.
I can't bite with my front teeth and cold air really hurts.
I've had this for 6 hours so far and I want a quick relief for it, I don't think it's serious enough to go to a dentist.

you chipped the top away, it happens sometimes. sorry to say but youll need to go to the dentist so he can at least put a layer over it so cold air and shit doesnt bother you

I really don't want to see a dentist and have my tooth fucked by putting obvious filling onto it. My teeth are fucking perfect I don't want them to be fucked up.
go to a pharmacy and get some nurofen plus or something with codeine in it or get a script for some extra strong painkillers from the doctor 400mg ibuprofen
