i dont think the clean master app will delete the unwanted system apps, for that you need to root the device

You must be rooted to delete these OEM apps. Basically, Samsung/AT&T got paid a lot to include them and really don't want users being able to delete the app.

Be wary if you delete these apps it negates any warranty on your phone. I learned that one the hard way
