How to on the left:
open image in gimp, go to colours > hue/saturation, and adjust hue to taste.

You can avoid that by first adjusting only the magenta and then only the blue values (Since magenta doesn't cover some area on the car).

In the future, if you only want to change one colour, select the closest match over the sliders.
