From what I can see, it was a generic unbranded game.
These have been on eBay; if you wanted one, I would regularly check or ask someone on a vintage handheld games forum.

No absolute ID on it, but this looks to be the same game. Shell is identical, just differently colored. Probably the same game inside. Do the screen graphics look familiar?
