Quick question. Came home from a trip to my pc refusing to boot.

Quick question. Came home from a trip to my pc refusing to boot. PSU has white gunk in it. Strong static discharge when I touched the chassis. No obvious damage to internals other than PSU. Changed out the PSU with a known good unit. Still no boot (no fans, no LEDs, etc. Silence.). What do I try to replace first?

No idea. Good thing I never wiped the old drive to my old PC. I guess I'll be adding one component at a time to my old setup. I hope the new Skylake survived...
