You need to do a direct clone. I use this http://www.aomeitech.com/aomei-backupper.html I think you can make a bootable iso or download one from them I really forgot because it was quite some time ago that I did it. Other software have the same options so you can look into something else. Cloning drives is a essential capability of most functional professional drive programs.

You can try it.
