Each time my friend tries to install design doll (http://terawell.net/terawell/ )
She gets the error message shown in image. She has a win 7 laptop unfortunately thats all the info I have on her pc.
I tried googling it for her but I only find things for other types of exception logs.

Did you try uninstalling then reinstalling?
