Changing Pictures

You're probably talking about the ones that encoded all weird and shit. Even as thumbnails they look a bit odd but do look like something and then when they are enlarged show something else but like with colors all fucked up. You can tell something is going on with how they are encoded but I have no idea how they do it. I've seen them in /b/ a couple times.

You can't actually make them, it's just something that happens every once in a while when 4chan gets 2 files mixed up
