My computer is been doing this shit for a while, I was modding KSP, when I hit the memory limit, this cannot be, as I played with the same mods for few months, I checked OpenGL and other things that allow a bigger memory limit, then I opened the Task-Manager... WHAT!? Steam, KSP and all other applications where playing at 32-bit, even though I have a 64-bit version of Windows10, now I need help of someone who knows stuff :)
Most software distributed is 32-bit.

OP HERE: But the Control Panel says that my system is 64-bit... Dafuq?

It's correct, your system is 64-bit but most software running is 32-bit.
If you want to test, here's a 64-bit binary, if it installs and run it's fine: http://www.7-zip.org/a/7z1514-x64.exe

Did it open? If it did then it's fine. If your system was 32-bit it wouldn't even install.
By the way KSP doesn't have 64-bit binaries in Windows anymore, so it won't run in 64-bit.

OP HERE: Oh... Well... Farewell modding like it used to be... :/

Make sure you download the 64-bit version of things you want to run in 64-bit, dolt.
